My license has expired. Is there a grace period where I can get reinstated ?

With the grace period for 10 year licenses being two years, the first 10 year licenses reached the limit of their grace period on 14 December 1995 ( 14 December 1993 plus two years) . After the two year grace period is exhausted, all privileges are lost and renewal/reinstatement requests won't be honored. Any person can renew, upgrade or modify a license that is within the two year grace period - - the only thing the licensee cannot do is to operate using the call sign on-the-air while the license is in this status.
